According to a French Site the price of the Tenere has been leaked and will be 15,000 Euros or just under £13,500...! That puts it £2,500 over the price of an R1200GS Adventure. The new tnere will have to be a phenomenal bike to command such a premium over the GS Adv... :!:

It is a lot more than the equivalent GS - That's a fully loaded GS - around £1500 more...the 'normal' edition of the Tenere will be less apparently.

It would be great if there was more competition for the GS but at that price I don't think you could call it exactly competitive..

Unless I am mistaken, its also 31 KG heavier then the BMW.
